Frequently Asked Questions about the Re-Cyclery

What kinds of bikes does the Recyclery take?

We are happy to accept bikes for both adults and children provided they are in serviceable condition (dusty, not rusty) and are of bike shop quality.  We do not take the "big box" bikes that come from department stores or online retailers. Does your shop do repairs?

​We offer inner tube and tire changes only. We are focused on refurbishing the bikes that we sell, so we encourage our patrons to support local bike repair shops in the area.

Do you take trade-ins?

​We do not offer any trades or store credits for bike donations.  We can issue you a tax receipt for your donation if you would like.​

Where can I park?

There is a commuter lot right next to the Re-Cyclery that you can pull into on 5th avenue. There is also lots of street parking close by.
